The homeowners of this Chanhassen home had recently moved in and wanted to make the house “their own.” They decided to undertake the task of remodeling all three of their bathrooms and enlisted the professional expertise of Excel Builders to get the job done!
The original bathrooms of this two-story home, built in the 90s, had a generic feel to them. The owners were ready to move on from the basic vanities, builder-grade tubs, fiberglass showers, and dated tile.
The homeowners were fantastic and worked closely with Excel to create the design for the new bathrooms and help select the products, tile, and fixtures.
The biggest challenge of the project? Efficiently coordinating the timing of staggering the work on three bathrooms so that there would always be one available to use! With that in mind, the complete transition of three bathrooms was completed within eight weeks and the homeowners are excited to have custom new spaces that are truly their own!
